Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed at low pressures to extract the free-run juice. A week-long pre-fermentation battonage follows. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels (30%), with aging on fine lees for 8 months.
Color: Pale pink, saumon.
Tasting Notes: Elegant, with medium-intensity aromas of stone fruits and exotic fruits, complemented by notes of jasmine, white flowers, and white pepper. Rich and complex on the palate, featuring crisp acidity and a long, creamy finish.
Aging Potential: 2-4 years.
Food Pairing: Mediterranean cuisine, Asian dishes, pasta with light red sauces. Best served at 12-14°C.
