Purpose: GENKA COMMERCIAL provides the website www.wine.gr to its registered members/users as a platform for searching and acquiring the products it sells.
Legal Capacity
Access to and use of the website/online store wine.gr is only permitted for natural or legal persons with full legal capacity.
Offers
No offer provided can be combined with another, except for free shipping when the order cost exceeds the specified limit. For example, a discount through a coupon cannot be applied to products that are already on sale.
Change of Terms
Wine.gr reserves the right to change the terms of use, after notifying its visitors, who will operate under the existing legal framework.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes between wine.gr and any (current or former) user regarding the General Terms are subject to Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
Severability Clause
If any individual terms of the General Terms become partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable, the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining terms or parts of the remaining terms shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable terms will be replaced with terms that, as closely as possible, reflect the meaning and purpose of the invalid or unenforceable terms from an economic perspective. The same applies to matters not explicitly regulated by the General Terms.
