Winemaking: 50% cold maceration for 12 hours and 50% whole grapes pressed. Gentle pressing and collection of only the free-run juice. Settling and fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months.
Color: Pale lemon with green highlights.
Tasting Notes: Medium+ intensity aromas of white and yellow fruits (pear-quince) accompanied by notes of white flowers. The palate is complex and refined, featuring crisp acidity and a fruity finish.
Aging potential: 2-3 years.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, salads, and dishes with mild white sauces. Best served at 12-14°C.
