Champagne Bollinger La Grande Annee 2015, Magnum

The Grande Annee 2015 Magnum embodies the essence of Bollinger style in a large format. This 2015 vintage, known for its concentration and generosity, is one of the most representative of the house and reflects Bollinger's traditional craftsmanship.

From the most beautiful Champagne terroirs, this cuvée is made with grapes exclusively from Premiers and Grands Crus. Mainly composed of 60% Pinot Noir from Aÿ, Verzenay and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, it is complemented by 40% Chardonnay from the villages of Chouilly and Avize.

Is adorned with a bright golden colour, crossed by fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, the aromatic intensity is remarkable. Aromas of stone fruits such as plum with notes of honey and flowers. As it evolves, touches of red berries such as cherry accompanied by subtle nuances of vanilla and spices. On the palate, is ample and generous. The creamy texture reveals all the richness of Pinot Noir, with flavors of cocoa and citrus, followed by a beautiful mineral finish
