Champagne Bollinger is delighted to present a new edition of Bollinger PN: the PN TX20 â a 100% Pinot Noir champagne, predominantly from the Tauxieres terroir and the 2020 base year. This is complemented by various reserve wines from other years and crus, creating an exceptional harmony.
Golden yellow flecked with gold. The nose opens with scents of fresh citrus and lemon, followed by aromas of white stone fruits, peach and quince. The finish is enhanced by subtle mineral, flinty notes. First, notes of redcurrant and subtle freshness. Then comes beautiful richness, depth and vinosity with delicate touches of stewed fruits bringing extra complexity, all coming together in a lovely long finish.
Each new edition of the Bollinger PN cuvee brings with it a singular and contemporary vision of the Maisonâs terroir and expertise, acting as a symbol of the union between tradition and innovation. This new PN TX20 edition allows the cuvee to reinvent itself through the unique organoleptic profile of this emblematic grape variety.
